2-day class + test
The Internal Audit Team will develop the skills required to successfully audit the Management System (ISO 9001:2000/ISO14001/AS9100) of the business and will develop their plan for executing the audit. The requirements of the policy and procedure manual will be used to develop the internal audit checklist.
This class is designed for individuals with knowledge of the relevant processes used in their organization and a basic understanding of Quality Systems. A two-day class that covers planning, undertaking, reporting and closing out internal audits. The class includes case studies, audit scenarios and role-play.
